24 days. 24 missions. One unforgettable December.
From December 1 to 24, every morning brings a new challenge. Like an advent calendar, each day unlocks a fresh mission: a step goal, an active minutes target, a health quiz, a photo challenge, or a surprise mission. Teams compete to earn the most points across all 24 days. The team that engages the broadest wins.
December is the month when routines collapse. Holiday parties, end-of-year deadlines, travel plans — it's easy to let wellness slide. The Sprint des Fêtes doesn't fight that reality. It leans into it. The missions are short, fun, and designed to fit into the busiest month of the year. Five minutes here, a quick walk there, a quiz during a coffee break. Small daily wins that add up to something big.
How it works
Each morning, a new mission unlocks for every participant. The missions vary in type and duration:
Step missions: "Walk 6,000 steps today" or "Take the stairs every time today."
Active minutes missions: "Log 20 minutes of any activity" or "Do a 10-minute stretch session."
Quiz missions: "Complete today's nutrition quiz" or "Test your sleep hygiene knowledge."
Photo missions: "Share a photo of your healthy lunch" or "Show us your winter walking gear."
Surprise missions: "Do 50 squats before noon" or "Take a 15-minute walk with a colleague and share a selfie."
Teams earn points for every mission completed. Daily steps and active minutes continue to earn baseline points (up to 30 for steps, up to 70 for minutes), and completed missions add bonus points on top.
Why 24 days?
The 24-day format is the one exception to the standard 21-day duration. It aligns perfectly with the natural countdown energy of December. Each day feels special because there are exactly 24 of them — and the final day, December 24, becomes the grand finale. The entire challenge builds toward that moment.
The daily unlock effect
The magic is the daily surprise. Participants open the app each morning to discover what today's mission is. This mechanic drives the highest daily engagement rate of any challenge in the catalog. It creates anticipation, conversation, and a shared daily ritual across the organization. "Did you see today's mission?" becomes the December greeting.
Team competition, festive edition
Teams compete on total points, which means the winning team is the one with the most consistent, broad engagement. A team where every member does a little bit every day will outperform a team with one superstar runner. December is busy — the challenge rewards showing up daily, even for just a few minutes.
End the year right
The Sprint des Fêtes closes the wellness year on a high note. After 12 months of challenges, this is the celebration. The festive tone, the daily surprises, the team energy — it wraps up the year with the message that wellness isn't a chore, it's a way of life. And it sets the stage perfectly for January's fresh start.
