How do I log in or reset my password?

You can log in two ways: with a PIN code sent by email or with your password.

On the app's welcome screen, tap I already have an account. The welcome back screen appears.

Log in with a PIN code sent by email

1. Enter the email address linked to your account.
2. Tap the button to send the PIN code.
3. Enter the 4-digit code you received by email.

Log in with your password

1. On the welcome back screen, tap Use a password instead.
2. Enter your email and password, then tap Log in.

Forgot your password

1. On the password login screen, tap Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address, then tap Send email.
3. Open the reset email you received and follow its instructions to choose a new password.

The code doesn't arrive

Whether it's the PIN code or the reset email:

• check your spam or junk folder;
• wait a moment, then tap Resend;
• make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
