How do I export an engagement report?

Propulsion lets you export engagement data for quarterly HR reviews, management reports, or occupational health and safety documentation (CNESST in Quebec, WSIB in Ontario, WorkSafeBC and others).

Available Report Types

• Participation report: registration rates, activations, logins by period
• Activity report: active minutes, steps, activity types per employee
• Challenge report: completion rates, rankings, distributed rewards
• Wellness report: engagement scores, trends by department
• Bill 27 compliance report: summary of psychosocial risk prevention actions

Export Steps

1. Go to Reports in the side menu
2. Select the report type
3. Set the period
4. Choose filters
5. Click Export to CSV or Export to PDF
