Key Metrics Overview

Participation Rate

Percentage of active employees vs total invited. Above 70% is considered excellent.

Engagement Score

Calculated from weekly logins, challenge participation, and social interactions. Ranges from 0 to 100.

Cumulative Active Minutes

Total physical activity minutes recorded by your entire team for the selected period.

Filtering Data

1. Use the period selector (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, custom)
2. Filter by department or employee group
3. Compare two periods side by side

Exporting Data

Export any dashboard view to CSV or PDF using the Export button at the top right of each widget.
