What can my employer see about my data?

Propulsion is designed to help you move more and feel better, without compromising your privacy. Here is what stays private, what your employer can see, and how you stay in control of your data.

What your employer can't see

• Your personal activity data.
• Your individual mood tracking answers. Your employer never sees any individual answer you give.

What your employer can see

• Anonymous, aggregated statistics by group, used to measure participation (for example, total steps by department).
• Anonymous mood trends by team and by period, shown only once a minimum number of answers is reached.

Where your data is hosted

Your health data is hosted on servers located in Canada.

Your controls

• Your activity source: you choose the app or wearable that sends your data, one at a time. You can change it at any time: tap your avatar in the top left, then the settings gear in the top right, then the activity tracking tab.
• Your phone's permissions: you decide whether to allow access to motion data and notifications. You can change these choices at any time in your phone's settings.
