Do we have to provide our employee list?

Accepted Answer

No. We only ask for your total number of employees, a figure you enter in the form. That is what scoring uses. Importing your list stays available if you want us to send the invitations for you, but nothing requires it: you can also share the access code yourself. No promotional email is ever sent to your employees.

Why is the 2026 edition free?

The value of the challenge comes from how many organizations take part: the larger the cohort, the more meaningful the leaderboard and the stronger the momentum. So for this edition we would rather build the largest possible cohort than charge for it. No hidden fees, no credit card required.

Question 3

Are there conditions to take part?

Accepted Answer

No. You name an internal champion on the form, the person who shares the kit with your teams, and that is it. Sharing on your channels and inviting two organizations are encouraged, never checked: no required channel or frequency, and no one will be counting your posts. We prepare the visual and the text; publish only if you feel like it.

What happens after I register?

Your spot is reserved immediately and a confirmation email goes out. The spaces of every registered organization open on September 14, 2026; if you register after that date, your access arrives within two business days. You then choose how to invite your teams: by importing your employee list, or by sharing the access code yourself.

Question 5

Is the challenge only for athletic employees?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. That's the strength of our points system: every move counts. Participants earn points through daily steps, activity minutes (walking, cycling, gym), but also by answering quizzes and completing team photo challenges. Everyone can contribute.

Question 6

How do we engage teams without computers (factory, field, warehouse)?

Accepted Answer

The app installs directly on smartphones (iOS and Android) in under 2 minutes via a QR code. We also provide print-ready posters for break rooms to include 100% of your field employees.

Question 7

How is the ranking calculated?

Accepted Answer

Two titles to win, in each organization size. Performance: total points divided by the number of active participants, those with at least one point; it answers “who moves the most”. Mobilization: total points divided by the total headcount of the registered group; it answers “who gets the most people moving”. An organization can win one, the other, or both. Three sizes: 10 to 50, 51 to 250, 251 and up.

How can a small company compete with a large organization?

Both titles are calculated per person, never on totals: Performance per active participant, Mobilization per employee of the registered group. The raw total decides nothing. On top of that, each size bracket has its own winners: 10 to 50, 51 to 250, 251 and up. Mobilizing 80% of a 40-person team and an 800-person one is not the same job.

Question 9

How much time does the HR team need to spend?

Almost none. It's a turnkey project: Propulsion provides the full communication kit and manages technical support, animation and real-time results.

Question 10

Do participants need a sports watch?

Accepted Answer

No. Watches (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit) sync automatically, but the app works great using the phone sensor or by entering activities manually. It even works on a computer.

Question 11

What data does the app collect, and how is it protected?

Accepted Answer

The app collects the activity data each employee chooses to sync: steps, active minutes, workouts from their watch. It powers their personal tracking and the team score. No banking information is ever requested: the platform is offered to companies, not billed to employees. Propulsion strictly complies with Quebec's Law 25: no individual data is shared with the employer, who only sees aggregated, anonymized figures. Will our employees receive notifications or emails?

Accepted Answer

Notifications are tied to their own actions: a synced workout, the reminder that the challenge starts. Discreet and relevant; this is a workplace product, not a game that nags. And no employee is ever added to a marketing or solicitation list, during or after the challenge.

Question 13

What happens to our employees after the challenge?

Accepted Answer

The included access lasts two months, then simply ends: nothing to cancel, no card on file. Any employee can also request account deletion at any time.

Question 14

Do we commit to anything beyond the race?

Accepted Answer

No. Your registration includes two months of full platform access for all your employees, with no commitment: the Corpo Race is our only public, free event of the year, a way to try Propulsion with your teams, not a contract. If you enjoy it, we can talk; if not, it ends there.

Question 15

Does each company have its own space?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each organization gets its own private space on Propulsion, ensuring privacy and a personalized experience. Only the general company leaderboard is visible, to fuel friendly competition.
