For 21 days in May, the 360 Challenge engages your teams on every front: physical activity, mental health, nutrition, and healthy habits. It's not just about moving more — it's about living better, together.
May is National Physical Activity Month in Canada. The 360 Challenge takes that momentum further by addressing wellness as a whole, not just the physical side. Because real well-being doesn't live in one dimension.
How points work
Points are the most inclusive metric in the platform. Every day, participants earn points through multiple channels: up to 30 points from daily steps, up to 70 points from active minutes, plus weekly bonus points from health quizzes, photo challenges, and active missions. The result: someone who walks 5,000 steps AND completes a nutrition quiz earns more than someone who only runs 15,000 steps. Engagement breadth is rewarded, not just athletic output.
Three weeks, three themes
Each week spotlights a different dimension of wellness, with quizzes, missions, and photo challenges tailored to the theme:
Week 1 — Move: Physical activity takes center stage. Active missions focus on trying a new activity, walking meetings, stair challenges. Quizzes cover the benefits of daily movement, stretching, and active recovery.
Week 2 — Nourish: Nutrition and healthy eating enter the conversation. Photo challenges invite participants to share a healthy lunch, a homemade meal, or a new recipe. Quizzes cover hydration, balanced meals, and mindful eating.
Week 3 — Breathe: Mental health and stress management close out the challenge. Missions include guided breathing exercises, digital detox moments, and gratitude practices. Quizzes cover sleep hygiene, stress management, and the connection between movement and mental health.
Team competition, full spectrum
Teams compete on total points, which means the winning strategy isn't just "move the most" — it's "engage the most." The team that participates in quizzes, completes photo challenges, AND stays active will outperform the team that only runs. This creates a dynamic where every team member can contribute meaningfully, regardless of their fitness level.
Why May?
May is the sweet spot. The weather opens up for outdoor activity but isn't yet vacation mode. The institutional backing of National Physical Activity Month gives your wellness committee an easy reason to launch. And the three-week format creates enough depth to explore multiple dimensions without fatigue.
