How do I use Amazfit or Zepp with Propulsion?

Updated October 5, 2026

Your Amazfit watch doesn't connect to Propulsion directly. On iPhone, your data goes through the Zepp app, then through Apple Health.

On iPhone

  1. In the Zepp app settings, turn on sharing with Apple Health. If needed, see Amazfit's official help.
  2. In Propulsion, tap your avatar at the top left, then Settings (the gear at the top right), then the Activity tracking tab. Tap Connect next to Apple Health, then allow Propulsion to read steps and workouts.

On Android

Amazfit and Zepp aren't compatible with Propulsion on Android for now.

For your steps, connect Samsung Health (Samsung phone) or Google Health (other Android): see how. For your workouts, tap Add an activity on the Propulsion home screen (see how).

What gets shared

The Zepp app sends your steps to Apple Health, and Propulsion reads them from there. For your workouts, use Add an activity. Connect only one source at a time to avoid duplicates.

For now, your data syncs when you open Propulsion. Open the app at least once a day, and before a challenge ends, so all your activity counts.

If nothing shows up

  1. Open the Zepp app so it can sync your data.
  2. Check that your data shows up in Apple Health.
  3. In Apple Health, check that Propulsion is allowed to read your data.
  4. Reopen Propulsion.
