How do I use Strava with Propulsion?
Strava doesn't connect to Propulsion directly: there is no Strava button in the app. On iPhone, your Strava activities can still reach Propulsion through Apple Health.
On iPhone
- In Strava's settings, turn on sharing with Apple Health (official Strava help).
- In Propulsion, tap your avatar at the top left, then Settings (the gear at the top right), then Activity tracking. Tap Connect next to Apple Health, then allow Propulsion to read steps and workouts.
Strava sends your activities (running, cycling, walking) to Apple Health, but not your steps.
On Android
On Android, Strava went through Google Fit. Google is shutting down Google Fit in December 2026 and new connections are blocked, so Strava can't reach Propulsion on Android for the moment.
For your steps, connect Samsung Health (Samsung phone) or Google Health (other Android): see how. For your Strava workouts, tap Add an activity on the home screen (see how).
Important tip
Do your Strava activities come from a Garmin or Fitbit watch? Connect that watch directly in Propulsion instead: it's more reliable, and your daily steps are included.
Connect only one source at a time.
Sync
For now, your data syncs when you open Propulsion. Open the app at least once a day, and before a challenge ends, so all your activity counts.
If nothing shows up
- Open Propulsion.
- Check that the activity is in Apple Health. If it isn't there, Propulsion can't receive it.
- Check that Propulsion is allowed to read your data.
- For a workout that wasn't captured, tap Add an activity on the home screen (see how).
