How do I use Zwift with Propulsion?

Updated October 5, 2026

Zwift doesn't connect to Propulsion directly, and no automatic connection is confirmed, on iPhone or on Android. The simple solution: add each ride by hand.

Add a Zwift ride

  1. On the Propulsion home screen, tap Add an activity.
  2. Choose the activity type.
  3. Enter the duration and date of your ride.
  4. Save.

For more details, see manual logging.

On iPhone

Zwift doesn't officially write its rides to Apple Health. Even if Apple Health is connected to Propulsion, your Zwift rides may not show up. Add them with Add an activity instead.

On Android

Zwift isn't compatible with Propulsion on Android for now. Add your rides with Add an activity.

What about your steps?

For your steps, connect the source that matches your phone: How do I get my steps counted in Propulsion? Connect only one source at a time.

For now, your data syncs when you open Propulsion. Open the app at least once a day, and before a challenge ends, so all your activity counts.

Avoid duplicates

If a ride already shows up in Propulsion, don't add it a second time.
