How does La Course Corpo work?

Updated on October 5th, 2026

La Course Corpo 2026 runs from October 1 to 14. It is a movement challenge between organizations, where every person who joins in raises their organization's score, whatever their level.

What is La Course Corpo?

For two weeks, participating organizations add up their movement points. The goal: move more, together, and get as many people moving as possible.

How to take part

Participation is automatic. As soon as your account is created with your organization's code, you are part of La Course Corpo: there is nothing to join. No account yet? See How to create my account.

Where to find it in the app

La Course Corpo is in the Challenges tab (Défis), in the bottom bar of the app, among the challenge cards. Open it to follow the progress and the leaderboard.

What counts

Every step, every active minute and every flight of stairs counts. Walking, cycling, yoga, stairs: it all counts.

The two titles and the categories

  • Performance: the organization's points are divided by the number of active participants, meaning those with at least one point. This title rewards the organization that moves the most.
  • Mobilization: points are divided by the total headcount of the registered group. This title rewards the organization that gets the most people moving.

Organizations are grouped into three size categories: 10 to 50, 51 to 250, and 251 and more. For details, see How the ranking is calculated.

Making sure everything counts

  • For now, your data syncs when you open Propulsion. Open the app at least once a day, and on October 14, so all your activity counts.
  • With a connected watch, your activities reach Propulsion. Without a watch, connect Apple Health (iPhone), Samsung Health (Samsung) or Google Health (other Android): see how to get your steps counted or connections.
  • A workout that was not captured? Use the "Add an activity" button on the home screen. See Logging an activity manually.

Leaving La Course Corpo

You can leave the challenge with the Leave the challenge link (Quitter le défi), at the bottom of the challenge screen. Your points are then removed from the leaderboard and no longer count for your organization. See How to leave a challenge.
