Propulsion uses gamification mechanics (short challenges, weekly missions, a rewards system, a social wall) designed to sustain motivation long-term. We're a small team. Is Propulsion relevant for us?

What data is collected from my employees?
We apply the strictest standards (Law 25, GDPR, HIPAA). We never collect biometric or intrusive GPS data. Employers get access to aggregated, anonymized participation data, keeping the space highly secure and confidential for every individual.
