How do I use Coros with Propulsion?

Updated October 5, 2026

Coros doesn't connect to Propulsion directly. On iPhone, your data goes through Apple Health.

On iPhone

  1. In the COROS app, tap Profile > Settings > Third-party apps > Data sync > Apple Health, and turn syncing on. If needed, see Coros's official help.
  2. In Propulsion, tap your avatar at the top left, then Settings (the gear at the top right), then Activity tracking. Tap Connect next to Apple Health, then accept every permission requested.

On Android

Coros isn't compatible with Propulsion on Android for now.

For your steps, connect Samsung Health (Samsung phone) or Google Health (other Android): see how. For your workouts, tap Add an activity on the Propulsion home screen (see how).

What gets shared

Coros sends your steps and distances to Apple Health, and Propulsion reads them from there. Connect only one source at a time.

For now, your data syncs when you open Propulsion. Open the app at least once a day, and before a challenge ends, so all your activity counts.

If nothing shows up

  1. Open the Coros app so it can sync your data.
  2. Check that your data shows up in Apple Health.
  3. In Apple Health, check that Propulsion is allowed to read your data, and that COROS is allowed to write to it.
  4. Reopen Propulsion.
