Do we need an HR person to run it?
No. The year’s calendar is already planned, and you create your own challenges in a few minutes in the portal, whenever you want.
How long before my employees are active?
Under two weeks after the quote is accepted.
Do my employees need a smartwatch?
No. The app connects to Apple Health, Garmin, Samsung Health and Fitbit, and activities can also be added by hand.
What do I see of their data?
Participation and team averages, from a minimum number of responses. Never an individual’s data. Health data is hosted in Canada, and Propulsion is ISO 27001 certified.
Can I start with a single challenge?
Yes. The One-off Challenge gives access to the full platform for two months. Keep the platform afterwards if your team is on board.
